Style Framed Canvas
Meaning: English name
derived from the colourful “iris flower” which itself stems from the name of
the Greek goddess, meaning “rainbow”.
Inspiration: A song by
the GooGoo Dolls – “when everything’s meant to be broken, I just want you to
know who I am”.
Concealed Images: In a
blue-indigo-violet haze an angelic pair embrace, as a celestial body follows a
fallen spirit towards fiery depths where bereft souls reside, while watched
from beyond.
Note: The 3 pieces are meant
to hang each slightly lower from the next from left to right. Size 18”x36” each
– therefore 54”x108” without accounting for spaces in between pieces.
